Hi David,

RS-22 is still active and sending telem, however, its batteries are getting 
low and unable to transmit under eclipes conditions.

It was heard yesterday, but with many resets (starts telem CW but ends with 
a long tone) due to bad solar position (UBS=10.4v USUN=8.8v).
