[amsat-bb] Thanks for the 817 info

Keith and Ronald, 

Thanks for the information and pointers to the information.  Normally I use an IC-W32A in the driveway or front yard and I wanted to try it with the 817 also.  I had forgotten about the example on page 77 of the 817 manual.  With all this help, it should be simple.
