Had my first QSO on AO7 (and across the pond as well) with Joe, K3SZH in
PA at 10.24z. I was just on the edge of the footprint at 0.56 degrees
elevation when I got him! No-one else on so relatively easy and even
more satisfying that I did it on a vertical!

I wasn't going to make a QSO,,, but... heard the satellite fine, thought, well, I will just see if I can find my signal,,, put out my call and VA7VW returned a call! Thanks VA7VW,,,? Now I am hooked on AO16! Loved the long pass, long QSO capability, no fading, it was great.
