Frequency is 145.825 packet uplink and downlink.  Perhaps this page would be

Set the UNPROTO to CQ VIA W3ADO-1 for use with PCSAT.

http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/pcsat.cgi will show you the recent stations and
packets via PCSAT.
