[amsat-bb] Re: Listening for AO-51

The two problems are not related. I was made aware this morning that AO-51 
is down and we have a good idea what the issue is. I expect the satellite 
will be back active this evening or tomorrow morning. The webpage problem I 
am just now becoming aware of, and have informed those who can fix it.
