[amsat-bb] Seeking satellite partner in Minsk, Belarus

Hi

G0SFJ will be at liberty in Minsk, Belarus on Sunday
20th April for possible portable operation on SO-50
and AO-51 as EW/G0SFJ/P.

It looks like licensing is possible, but is there a
Belarus ham out there who would meet me please? If so
