How about downloading the information posted to http://oscar.dcarr.org/
and parsing through that? KD5QGR just put a new download of the
data - more than 54000 records through 16 January 2008, covering a
period of more than 4 years. This site covers more than just the ISS
or the digital-mode satellites, and - although not a perfect solution -
could be useful for this exercise.
