[amsat-bb] PSLV launch - Delphi-C3 too?

Greetings all,

I noticed this morning that the Indian PSLV launched
monday 2007 January 21st at 03:45 UTC.  I believe this
means Delphi-C3 should be in orbit.  There is nothing
on the Delft mission status web page yet as of this
writing, however.
