[amsat-bb] Sat Mode on IC-821

I have used my IC-821 in the Satellite mode with no problems but mostly use 
the normal mode with Uni_Trac controlling the transceiver Doppler.  Contact 
me at alozias@att.net if someone with more routine experience using the
