[amsat-bb] ANDE: not heared on Dec 25

Seems ANDE hasn't been heared anymore on Dec 25th.
Last packet received would be dated 2007/12/24 at 21:14:13 utc.

Just in case, I took a copy of findu.com, to capture the last
packets received on the 145.825 MHz downlink of ANDE (all Dec 24th):
