[amsat-bb] Signal vs. Noise

'Lot of noise on this frequency.  I wrote a check for $100 worth of Signal tonight and will launch it
tomorrow to AMSAT, along with my renewal.  It felt very good.

My thanks and best of luck to the guys who have and continue to do so much work of all kinds for us.
