On a related issue I was wondering what will happen after the satellite runs
out of fuel to maintain it's position in 12+ years time.
Don't they end up in a graveyard orbit, which would give significantly
different coverage ?
Will a Phase-4 AMSAT Payload still receive power from the solar
panels/batteries after the primary payload has reached the end of it's useful
life ?
