First contacts to celebrate Project Oscar 1 Anniversary!!

Make one, and get in on the ground floor...

N2BX, Paul; XE1HON, Manny for making it possible on
AO51 Echo....  ~0150Z on 13 dec.

I was only running 5 watts uplink, ICOM 910, 
homebrew self-designed quadrifilars on both up and downlinks,
with antennas at ~45° EL, on the same mast, and 
rotating manually using a U100 rotor ( I think 
that is the name?? an inexpensive, age-old TV rotor).

Freq. control with SatPC32.....

My own downlink was blasting me, and I had a 
problem cranking the gain down, to listen.

ONE contact would have been enough to comply with 
the celebration....Of course, digital would be 
possible with you, Rob, but in my opinion a voice 
or cw contact is the requirement, and impossible 
with you in the absence of a HEO...

So I wasn't HOGGING, just answering those that 
called me, and pulled the big switch after the aforementioned contacts...
