I think no fixed time interval (heard frames between 1 and 3 minutes).

Listening to AO-16s wonderful modulated carrier as she flies by
in the hope of downloading some TLM for guys, but, there
doesnt seem to be many periods of TLM being sent.
I heard only two bursts at near LOS when it was over Greenland.
What is the period of time between TLM transmissions ?
