PCSAT-1 Reset. Simulated Emergency Test resumes



PCSAT-1 side A locked up and so Europe missed all passes today.

But as of 2045z, PCSAT-1 has been reset and the digi is back on.
The remaining afternoon and early evening passes are good for
the USA.
