I use the TLE to PDB command line tool from
http://www.bigfattail.com/pocketsat/tools/tle2pdb.exe to convert the
very same text files (ie. amateur.txt) that I use in SatPC32 to .pdb
files for use with PocketSat. Once you've got a .pdb file, your Palm
install tool should handle it correctly. The alternative is to find
data already in .pdb format, as suggested.
