[amsat-bb] ARISS digi inop?

Haven't had any success getting a packet through the ISS the past few days, even though the beacon says BBS and APRS is on. I know it's been off during the spacewalks, but it's beaconing today, but no packets are making it through. Does anyone have some clarifying information?
