[amsat-bb] ATF-54143 preamp for 70cm

Hello,

A while back someone was offering a kit for a 70cm preamp that uses an 
ATF-54143 PHEMT device.

I have a few of these 54143s, but haven't found time to acquire the rest of 
the parts, etc.

Please let me know if anyone offers a PCB or full kit.
