[amsat-bb] Fw: New Secretary for the IARU--Region 2

Just saw this on another list, congratulations Ramon! For those who don't 
know, Ramon is an active satellite op, goes on many dxpeditions taking sat 
gear, and is an all around friend of AMSAT.
