Yes. The system is required to be powered down to support Russian
Vehicle  (Soyuz and Progress) proximity operations (docking and
undocking).

I've been listening and watching the findU site
(<http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/ariss/index.cgi>) and I haven't seen any
reports since twenty hours ago.  Did the system get shut down?
