[amsat-bb] AO-51 USB/FM V/U Mode 'doppler.sqf settings'

Looks like I answered my own question!

The correct Doppler.sqf paramaters should be:
AO-51,435300,145880,FM,USB,Nor,0,0,Voice V/U

 

The previous one had the mode wrong!
