[amsat-bb] Re: AO-27 (TOPR?) SCHEDULE

Eric,
I've found that AO-27 generally turns on around the same time during
each pass.  Not sure if it is coincidence (as I haven't done the math)
but give a listen and see if you hear the same thing I have been.
