[amsat-bb] AO-51 in L/S, one orbit mode change Monday night

AO-51 was switched to L/S mode this evening.

Due to a scheduling problem, AO-51 will return to 'normal' V/U analog &  V/U digital  mode Monday night for one orbit
Monday night east coast, Tuesday UTC during the 0006Z pass I will activate V/U & V/U mode.  
AO-51 will return to L/S on the next pass at 0144Z.
