[amsat-bb] Japanese satellite crashes, Russia suspends launches

An unfortunate incident that illustrates the hazards of the Space business and
why, if it can be afforded in terms of personel and money, it could be best to
build two copies of any satellite so at least the replacement can be launched
fairly quickly.
