Hi Gents,
Well, I'm with Thomas HB9SKA on this one.
For a satellite QSO you need to calculate the distance from the transmitter
to the receiver ... ie, Station A to the satellite concerned ... and from
the satellite to station B ... then add them together to get the true
distance the signal travels.
Like Thomas says ... using the locator to locator measurement only gives the
"terrestial" distance.
