If you have a radio with discriminator output (9600 baud packet-ready) and a
decent soundcard, you have 9600 capability: download the AGW Packet Engine
and AGWTerm from www.elcom.gr/sv2agw and you can receive 9600 baud packet
from the satellites. Accurate doppler tuning (read: computer-controlled
with very accurate clock setting on the computer) is an absolute MUST.
