ANDE Status Report PA3GUO July 29:

ANDE-1 / Side A:
- Using 100W uplink + 10 elements beam, no preamp
- 23 degrees max. elevation pass
- worked OK, but my TNC decoded some packets wrong

ANDE-2 / Side B:
- 23 degrees max. elevation pass
- worked OK, but my TNC decoded some packets wrong
