[amsat-bb] Strange noise on AO-51 again

Hi all,
On two passes this evening I and others heard the "strange" 
noise on the AO-51 transponder, when AO-51 was far to 
the North.
It was the same on the fifth of July.
Most probably it is someone trying DSTAR on the satellite.
AO-51 is not made for that and has not been opened to DSTAR
transmissions as far as I know.
If you want to use DSTAR on satellites use AO-27 where the 
control stations say it is OK.
The problem is that you are blocking the normal use of the 
transponder.
