Listening at 0900 UTC pass.

Agree with Victor.

Downlink great on 2.4
Seems like the uplink is still on VHF as previously reported,
by what I could hear on the downlink.
Couldn't get a signal in that I could hear on the downlink on
VHF or 23cms.

No other callsigns heard.
