[amsat-bb] Strange noise/s on AO-51...

I wonder if there's ben some experimenting on this
bird with D-Star, as there was already with AO-27.

That may explain the white noise people have reported
hearing.

Digital signals would appear as white noise on a
standard analog FM receiver.
