[amsat-bb] Source for MRF286 ?

Hi all,

I'm after some MRF286 Lateral Mosfets for a 1296 amp I'd like to build but both 
Digikey and RScomponents dont seem to stock them.

Any info on where I might buy some would be greatly appreciated.
