Yes -- it was a bad day for tracking.
I had to uninstall and reinstall NLSA.
I used Celestrak's web site for good Keplerian elements and reload.
Still picking up the pieces.

Dear friends,
There appears to be a problem with the Full Catalog at Space-Track.org.
The file "catalog_3l_2007_06_21_pm.txt" contains no data at all. Be
careful when downloading, as you may wipe out your previous Keplerian
elements.

More... it appears that *none* of the Keplerian element files for June
