[amsat-bb] fn55 2nd try

I talked with Bill by cell and he told me that canot hear the satellite 
becasue a lot of trees below 20 degrees elevation so he will try to found a 
better place tonight :-)
I hope we can catch him tonight, is a very low pass for me so I have fingers 
crossed, FN55 is a big hole in my map :-)
