Well, I always feel a little melancholy when an OSCAR re-enters, but it 
sure feels different when you have soldered some components onto it!

A big big thank you to all the folks who received telemetry, and 
especially to those who commanded the transponder on and took data.  We 
will continue having fun analyzing it.
