Hi Andy,
I have used the same Hughes 9101 terminal on both systems.
The polarisation is different - one is LH circular and the other one RH
circular
There is a big screwhead slot thingie on the back of the flat plate antenna
in the lid which you have to change over...
Subjectively the Thuraya system seemed faster but needed a higher S meter
reading than when using the Inmarsat satellites.
