[amsat-bb] SATPC32 & IC-820H Update

Thanks to all.. I have it sent now.. I was initially looking in the prog for
the setting '42H' Which does not exist verbatium.. it needed to be set to
'$42' !

Im all set now and as the sats come correcting my deviation.
