[amsat-bb] SatPC 32 & IC-820H

I have just changed over to a new PC and re arranged the shack.. and in
doing so Im having troubles getting the CI-V interface working with my
radio. The radios address is 42H, yet I cannot see that option in satpc32..
rendering me inoperable. Any help would be great!
