Re: Cape-1 not Heard in IO92

Hi John,

I believe 31126 has been now determined to be MAST from P-POD C, CP4,
Aerocube and CSTB have been tracked successfully using object 31122. It
is believed that the cluster 31128/29/30 is from P-POD B as Libertad-1 has
been heard using those objects. However, we think that CAPE may either be
off or in one of its safe modes as it hasn't been heard for a while. We
are trying to go through the telemetry now.

In fact, since this is on the list, if anyone else reading this has
telemetry received that hasn't sent it in, they can send it to
jonathan@jonathanwagner.net

73 and thanks for the report,
Jonathan Wagner, KE5FSG
