[amsat-bb] Re: QSY to 324-gigahertz!

Note the paper presented by the RSGB Microwave Manager to the IARU Region 1
Interim Conference last February. 

Among other things it requested an Amateur and Amateur Satellite allocation at
340-344 GHz.
