[amsat-bb] CAPE-1 Pass#1

I listened with my FT-817 (USB) with Arrow outside and heard 
nothing.  MY FT-847 with 11-elem yagi on 30-foot tower was pointed at 
AOS+ with MixW running and nothing seen on 9600 bps packet.  About 
2/3 of the pass I came inside and rotated the 11-elem to track the 
LOS and still heard or saw nothing.
