[amsat-bb] SCRAP and DDE

Does anyone out there know if SCRAP has anyway to communicate with 
external rotor control software, such as DDE. It looks like it has a 
couple supported controllers hardcoded into it, but I can't seem to find 
anything about making az/el data available outside the program.  Can 
anyone help?
