[amsat-bb] Strong sigs

While on the way home from our ham meeting tonight, listening to the
repeater traffic, I was amazed to hear an EM64 as AO-51 broke squelch,
through a rubber duck, sitting in the console of my car on the UHF side of
my IC-W32A
 
High pass....muast have been around 1:42Z.....
