[amsat-bb] Re: Hit-Sat Oscar 59?

It is the situation that the electricity income and
expenditure does not match HIT-SAT by eclipse, and
it continues intermittently, and transmit CW. 
HIT-SAT ground-control station says that let
restoration use continue sequentially.
