[amsat-bb] RAFT and ANDE keps

Dear All,

I would be glad if someone can advice me what are the latest catalogue
numbers for RAFT, ANDE, FCAL and NMARS?

It has been some time since I last worked the satellites, and would like to
try out the packet to voice synthesizer onboard RAFT.  I also note that for
ANDE, it requires a command station to first activate it.

Are there any command stations around south east Asia?  Thanks a lot in
advance.
