[amsat-bb] Can orbit be raised by magnetorque ?

Thinking on a future LEO Sun-synchronous satellite project, this question was made.

What happens if  when satellite in the north we apply a north magnetic field on z plane, will satellite raise orbit ?.

Same but opposite on south. Due limited energy available could this raise be significant if applied on all orbits ?.
