[amsat-bb] Pile-up in space ! (RAFT & ANDE both active)

This will be really new !

With ANDE & RAFT flying so close together,
and both regular VOICE activited, you may see
2 satellites responding to 1 radio amateur call !

(both will voice-reply to messages send to TALK)

Will be very busy in space (=at 145.825 MHz)

Gonna be a lot of fun !
