    Is your inverted-V cut for ten meters?  If an inverted-V cut for the one of lower bands say 80 meters is used for ten meters with an antenna tuner.    In actuality it forms a Vee Beam antenna pointing straight up beaming at the stars.   This is common mistake many amateurs make that I have not seen covered in any antenna articles.
