[amsat-bb] Pehuensat-1 telemetry

Hi,

On behalf of the telemetry enthusiasts on the bb thanks to Mike and Mineo for sharing their expertise. 
I now have MixW set up and ready for tonights passes.

Whilst listening for Pehuensat you may hear UO-11.
Give it a try with MixW. Here are the settings from Clive  G3CWV

MODE RTTY
Not inverted
RX frequency  1800
Baudrate 1200
Shift  1200
Character set ASCII-7
Not inverted
