[amsat-bb] CO-56 (CUTE-1.7 + APD) status

CO-56 has been transmitting a continuous carrier on 437.385MHz (CW telemetry downlink) since
07May06.  See http://lss.mes.titech.ac.jp/ssp/cute1.7/blog/ for the CUTE-1.7 + APD BLOG and their
last entry on 12Nov06.  CUTE-1.7 + APD power budget will allow this condition to continue
indefinitely.  All other downlinks are off-the-air.  I attempt to keep CubeSat information
up-to-date in my web page at http://showcase.netins.net/web/wallio/CubeSat.htm.
