[amsat-bb] Ofcom Consultation - 10 GHz, 28 GHz, 32 GHz and 40 GHz

The UK Regulator Ofcom has announced a new consultation. The 10 GHz allocations
refered to are 10.125-10.225 GHz and 10.475-10.575 GHz 

Responses to this consultation must be in by 8th February 2007, see
